Allowed to continue operating SACC, and should convert into kindergartens within 1 year after the ECEC Act comes into force

Permitted to set up an affiliated infant center and/or other services.

Should cease operating infant centers and/or other services, and convert into kindergartens within 2 years after the ECEC Act comes into force
